Last week, I asked you guys whether you wanted more personal life updates, and a lot of you said yes (which is surprising because I feel like my normal life stuff is kind of boring). While most weeks I don’t have anything too interesting going on, I thought I’d show you some exclusive photos of photos of my new home now that it’s been painted.

My New Home Thus Far…

Last week, I had my place painted, and the fresh coat lightened up the place. I went with Whisper White from Behr in an eggshell for durability. It's a bright white, which I felt I needed since some of my rooms don’t get much light. I also went for colour in the bathroom (shocking, I know!). I chose Muted Sage by Behr and did colour drenching to make the space feel enveloping, like you’re in a forest. I honestly think I could’ve gone for a darker green, but I love it! I have yet to decide whether I will paint my kitchen cabinets, but if I do, it will probably be the same green or in the same family. Also, please excuse any messiness in these photos.
